Trying to merge data only if a checkbox field is checked in the database. I have an Access database which has a checkbox on one of the forms and some data in a field next to it. If the Check box is True the text in the box is included in my Access report.

How do I see the lines on the screen when typing address labels? Mine does not come up it's just a blank screen. The ruler margins are there and if I type it moves like it should but I can't see the grey lines on the screen. How do I see it?

No one seems to know how to limit the number of decimals showing in a mail merged document. Excel has the ability to limit to two decimals, but when imported into the mail merge it adds several decimals and does not allow editing of the decimal places.

Does anyone know how to insert a picture, and repeat it on each label, instead of going in and manually placing it on the label? I would like to insert a picture, format the picture, text, etc, then have it repeated on each label.
