We have a statement which reads: {IF {MERGEFIELD Field} <> "" {INCLUDETEXT "filename"}" ""}. The letter meges fine, but if we do a print preview or merge to printer, the text block disappears. If we merge to document and then print, it works fine.

My zip code+4 data show up as 0 in my merged MS Wor document. The data has already been formatted "Special Zip+4". What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

I've merged my contact file from Outlook with the mail merge in Word 2002 and can get 1 page of the contact's labels to view and print but it should be 3 pages. What's happening? All the mail merge shows is one page and that's all that prints. Why can't I get all three pages ...

I use word 2000 and access 2000. In access, I create all caps by using > in the format section of my table. When I merge labels in word using the mail merge feature, with access data as the source, the labels come out lower or initial case.

I need to create some kind of mailmerge that links a Word doc to a single file (Excel, Access, whatever) which contains an extensive glossary, and let the user pick wich terms from that glossary want to include in the active doc. Any help will be much appreciated.

I have an Excel "database" consisting of high school classmates. Pertinent fields for this question are FirstName, LastName and MarriedName. LastName is the last name of the classmate when they were in high school. If they are married, it's their maiden name.
