Would like to merge 1000 address using the Avery 5389 label
5389 Label - 4" X 5", two labels per sheet.
Selected the label from the Main Document Setup menu.
I setup the top label like the following

I am putting together a mail merge to email, constructing a link in the body
of the message as follows:
http://www.domainname.com/webpage.asp?Email=«Email»&EventID=«EventID»
When i perform the mail merge and distsribute, the link does not appear in

Am having trouble with a mailmerge .doc file.  I assign a datasource, save
the file, but when I reload it it appears the datasource is no longer
assigned since the mailmerge toolbar is greyed out except for the datasource
button.  So I must reassign it each time I load it.

I have two questions:

I am printing an 8-page document in booklet mode.
It contains mail merged data on several pages; ie. an account number.
It prints fine except that the reverse of each sheet contains the wrong data.
The front of the 1st Sheet has the 1st account number but the reverse

I'm printing continuous-form one-up pin-feed labels on a dot-matrix printer,
but page ejects and section marks are messing up the synchronization of 6

does anyone know how to suppress duplicate records in a mail merge.  i am
merging from an Access database table that has several duplicate records - is
there any way of getting Word to not include any duplicates it finds when

I am using Access as my data source.
The project is a debt collection letter merge.
Each recipent has a different number of items due.

I have used mail merge a number of times successfully, however, this time
when I merged my excel file to create labels, only one page (of 10) is being
created...I just can't figure out why!

have tried individual labels, full page from Envelope/Label Tool and printing
saved page of labels. I continue to get "printer error".
