I am using mailmerge functions in word to link my letters with a query in Access. So each time I open the word document, it will activate the query. However, I will Have to go to the tools, mail merge and to complete all the process

I would like to create a macro that will copy someones name in a letter, and paste it further down in the document. I will highlight said word....then start the macro, then it enters in the correct place later in the doc.

In my excel doc that is the merge source i have a series of data that is a number like 9.27, 9.28, 9.29. They are not formulas. When i merge the data it comes in as 9.27000000000, 9.2800000000000, etc. How do i get these numbers to appear in the merge doc as just a two decimal ...

When I click on the "Merge to New Document" button, a dialog box comes up asking if I wans to merge all records, the current record, etc. Is there anyway to set a default for "all" so that I do not get this dialog?

I've problem with autonum field in Word 2003. When a field autonum is in an IF statement, the sequence is no good. I've no problem with the same template used in Word 97 or Word 2000 sp3.

We have a statement which reads: {IF {MERGEFIELD Field} <> "" {INCLUDETEXT "filename"}" ""}. The letter meges fine, but if we do a print preview or merge to printer, the text block disappears. If we merge to document and then print, it works fine.
