Everyone in our office finds the mail merge in Word 2003 much more complicted than the mail merge that was in previous versions of Word. I have been asked to do some training in Word 2003 and mail merge seems to be the most difficult for users to learn.

I am using a REF field in my document to capture the value of an earlier bookmark {REF Bookmark1}. It works great, except I need the font of the REF location to be 10, underlined, while the font of Bookmark1 is 12, not underlined. How can I make it so?
