I use mail merge to create a document.
But there is a problem puzzling me.
I use a excel file as the datasource.
In the excel file,the data such as "32.7"

I have a list of address and want to do envelops.  When I go to get data
source in mail merge I get this message:   word cannot open file as a data
or header source becauce it is a mail merge main document.
When I saved the list of addresses how did it save the doc?

I have created some Word 2000 documents that merge with Excel spreadsheets.  
Whe these are updated to Word 2003 the formating of the numbers is lost.  How
do I restore the formatting and ensure themerge is as it used to be?

I have some users on Exchange who have access to see each others contacts.  
When the user tries to do Mail Merge, they are unable to see the other user's
contacts folder.  They can only see their own under their mailbox.  Is there
