I work in Word 2000 and would like to insert a second line in a data form
field, rather than exiting and inserting it manually in the data form table.
I've tried ALT + ENTER and it doesn't work.  Is there anything else I can do?

Some times when I merge envelopes I don't get the box in the center of the
envelope where the mailing address goes.  
When this happens it is hard to center the address.  some times it there and
