I am making labels using Word 2000 Mail Merge and an Excel spread sheet .
Some labels have more lines in than others, (more complex address) even
though I put all the merge fields in some of my labels , have the last line
missing , how do I cope with This

When I follow the steps to create envelops in mail merge, the address block
is in the correct place.
However, the Name is in the correct place, but address, city, ctate, zip
code are justified to the far left of the envelop.  Ant suggestions?

I have followed instructions for merge from Excel (and Outlook) from MVP
Graham's site and it was helpful.  But now I am only seeing one lprintable
abel in the upperhand left label field per page.  All of the other labels are
emty but the one that shows is perfect.

I am using 4-up postcards (on an 8.5" X 11" page, in landscape) for a mass
mailing. Is there any way to enter the "Address Block" in them such that the
list of addressees will print 4 at a time. The alternative is separating the
cards and printing them individually.
