I have selected a database using Get Data Source. I have selected "via DDE". The database opens but I receive a message "The task is taking longer than expected. Do you want to continue waiting?". I select Yes and I continue to receive the message.

I have a mailmerge document that is pulling data from a spreadsheet, with a certain number of lines that have the same reference number - I am creating a statement to send out to clients, so each client may have only one line in the spreadsheet or multiple.

I'm using Word 2002 as part of Works suite 2003. How can I get word to allow me to use a Works database as a data source for mail merging? Each attempt only further frustrates me when Word says it can't use a works databse for a data source.

I am trying to merge about 278 addresses I have done it all correctly however I can only see the first page of the document I have no idea where the remainder has gone it appears that word seems to be merging them all???

I have a mail merge doc with over 100 sections. Each section has four pages. I'd like to print only the first page of each section. Is this possible without having to do p1s1, p1s2, p1s3, etc.? Thanks!
