When I am trying to merge to a new document a message comes up saying it
can't merge because no records are available or no fields match my query.  I
use this all the time and can't figure out what has changed for it not to
work.  Any help would be aprreciated

I submitted this earlier this month (12/8/05) and managed to get the DDE
interface working again by un-installing and re-installing Office 2000, SP3
using the "Run all from my computer" option.

I am doing a major mail merge that will have multiple sender names and
addresses.  When I added this information to the Excel file it will either
add the sender info or it will add the recipient information but not both.

The job title field does not appear in the address area of a merged document.
The field appears in the data source and data form. It is selected in Match
Fields.

can't see how to print a 4 line address. The word doc will only show 3 lines.
