When I am trying to merge to a new document a message comes up saying it can't merge because no records are available or no fields match my query. I use this all the time and can't figure out what has changed for it not to work. Any help would be aprreciated

Win 2000 Pro, Office 2000 Pro SP3 I submitted this earlier this month (12/8/05) and managed to get the DDE interface working again by un-installing and re-installing Office 2000, SP3 using the "Run all from my computer" option.

I use mail merge to create forms but I can't get the date to display correctly. Its shows "29/12/05 00:00:00" instead of "29 Dec 05"...any ideas??

The job title field does not appear in the address area of a merged document. The field appears in the data source and data form. It is selected in Match Fields.

Newer versions of Word have changed page breaks to section breaks in Mail Merge. How do I print just 1 page (i.e., Page 3 of 20) if that's all that is needed?
