I am having a problem getting pictures included a document header via a
merge variable to display and print.
The text in the document template is as follows:

We're using Office 2003 Professional.  What we want to do is merge letters
out to Word from a Contacts Defined view in Outlook.

is in Outlook Contacts.  I need to be able to mail merge from these contacts
much in the same way I would from an Access database.  I need to be able to

I seem to have lost the Address List dialog box!
When I use the Edit Recipient List link, click on the Edit button nothing
happens.  I believe I should get the Address List dialog box but nothing
appears, is there something wrong with my copy of Word 2003.
