Set up mail merge everything looks fine. When I go to print, skips every third record. Anyone have any ideas?

Help - this has been driving me crazy for a couple of years now. How on earth do you save only one page of a multi page merged document as a separate word document. The only solution I've found so far is to print it Acrobat Distiller and "save this page only".

I have a mail merge set up for tent cards. The problem I am encountering is that the template and the cards have two cards on a page/sheet. But when I do the merge, I get the same person's name on BOTH cards (the first two cells, and also the second two cells).
