My mail merge doc has a field in which merged info is so long, it wraps the text of the next field. Is there a way to limit the length of a field or keep the next field from being moved.

Some addresses will not fit on 3 lines on the delivery address on an envelope. Word shifts a 3 line to 4 lines which only the top of it is printed. There is plenty of room on the envelope for 3 lines for the size of font.

When merging a currency field from Excel, it will merge any cents (example $23.32), but if it's zero cents, it will not print the zeros (example $23.00). How do I get it to include the .00?
