I have one word document. For mail merge purpose I want to call data from two excel sheets. For example i want to call Name and Address of the clients from one Excel sheet and transactions details from another excel sheet. Is it possible to do so? if yes, How?

I am merging with an Access database created from SAS. The date format exported from SAS is dd/mm/yyyy (ddmmyy10. in SAS-code). In Access is's dd-mm-yyyy. But in Word the mergefields comes out as mm/dd/yyyy. What am I doing wrong here?

The criteria selection needs to regularily change. This is done in MS Query by using the square brackets '[???]' but I'm having problems integrating into word Regards

Word 2003 is shading all merged fields both in the original and the final merged document. I've tried the "Tools Options field shading never" route, and it does not eliminate the shading. How do I get rid of the shading?

I have an extensive list of address information in an Excel database. Included are international phone numbers. When I do a mailmerge into a Word document, all the international phone numbers show up only as a zero. I can't find a way to change this. Thank you.
