I am doing what I think is a simple merge of data from an Excel sheet into mailing labels in Word. However my "address" column in Excel (which contains address data) merges into the Word labels with only a "0" where the address should be.

i'm not very used to ms word and have a problem concerning formating a merge field with a numeric picture... my datasource is a ms access db, especially a numeric (double) field which for example contains a value like: 9957,7992. in the mail merge

I have templates that are always faxed to the same # when I save the file. How can I add a macro to the template that does that automatically instead of File, Print, Select Fax, Address Book, select recipent, etc.?

Just upgraded to Office 2003 from 2000. Word now won't print an envelope. Everything sets up correctly, but the preview before actual print shows a scrunched page - not an envelope. Prints as shows. What's happening????

When doing a mail merge (merging with an Excel document) the numbers to be merged have one decimal place, i.e. 5.1, 6.9, etc. When they come thru they appear with extra decimal places, i.e. 5.1 appears as 5.0999999999999996. I have changed the formatting of the numbers but it ...
