I've got a bunch of Mail Merge Documents that use data from an Access DB. The documents are grouped in folders based on the type of document. From a form in access, when a button is clicked the correct word docs open. One of the buttons makes 7 to 9 word docs open.

When I mailmerge to a word document, the date format changes from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy can this be prevented? Ihave tried various date combinations in the Access Db Design. It makes no difference. Any suggestions please?
