When I fax a document from Word, the resulting document is not the same as
what I typed.  For instance, I have a 40-page document here, but when I fax
it, he receives a 35-page document.  It's all there, but it fits on less

I use Word Mail Merge to send an email newsletter to over 500 ppl. I have
made a html formatted email in another program. How can I import this
formatting into the Word document?
Also, how can I add an attachment to this bulk email send?

I would appreciate some advice on using an existing database to complete a
mail merge.  The database has a currency field, but when I attach this to my
letter all formatting is lost - £23,000 becomes 23000.  Is there a simple
reason for this?  Any help would be fab.

I am running a merge with excel and word 2000, when I merge a field from
excel in the format $300.10 it merges i into word as 300.1

Hello, I am merging a 4 page word document that has 75 merge fields. I need
to check every field to see if a field is empty. If the filed is empty I need

When the labels appear they are not centered but upper left justified.  When
using the cell alignment feature the address becomes centered buy remains at
