I use Word Mail Merge to send an email newsletter to over 500 ppl. I have made a html formatted email in another program. How can I import this formatting into the Word document? Also, how can I add an attachment to this bulk email send?

I would appreciate some advice on using an existing database to complete a mail merge. The database has a currency field, but when I attach this to my letter all formatting is lost - £23,000 becomes 23000. Is there a simple reason for this? Any help would be fab.

When the labels appear they are not centered but upper left justified. When using the cell alignment feature the address becomes centered buy remains at the top of the label rather than the center.
