I would like to add 'values' or costs from a seperate spreadsheet to an already mail merged document (contact list merge). can i do this? how? or would i need to add a 'tag' of some sort to insert values? This document i merged is over 300 word pages! would i need to go back ...

I have created a mailing label document with over 700 names and addresses. I would like to remove some of those names and addresses to a new mailing label document with out retyping all the names etc. over.

Some of the fonts brought into mailmerge fields display as specified in the database, but others do not. These incorrect fonts in the output table do not respond to attempts to change them. Any advice?

Is there a way to change the datasource without word losing the field matching? I was trying to set up a basic template that someone else could load, select a file that is emailed to them and then hit merge to printer.

I created a main document and data source in Word 2000 and ran the merge. It worked flawlessly. Then I took those same two file and attempted to run the merge in Word 2003. The merge failed, but I don't know why. Here are the details.
