I need to do a mail merge but I want each letter to be its own word doc
instead of one file with all the letter in it.  Can this be done?

I have a 1 page source document that I want to personalize via mailmerge from
400 item data source into seperate documents or pdfs.
If I merge to file, I get 400 page document.  If I print to PDF, I get 400
page PDF.  What I want is 400 individual docs or pdfs.

I am using Microsoft Word 2002.  I copied the following code from
www.addbalance.com (I changed the bookmark name and number of days being
subtracted):

I have an excel file used in a mail merge, the file has been formatted as
numbers to 2 decimal places eg. 10.01, 10.03. When I use this file in the
mail merge I get 10.03 represented as 10.0299999. How do I make word
represent the numbers I have in the excel file?

There is a version of Word that has the mail merge wizard off to the right of
the screen - instead of popping up a form.  How do I install this...  I know
that it is associated with version 10.   I have ver. 9 on my machine

I'm doing a mail merge with addresses and printing on mailing labels.  I was
wondering if there is a way to set up the labels beforehand so that each one
prints a header at the top (e.g. Arrowhead Marketing)

A space keeps inputing itself in the mail merge address block before the
name. Why? And how can I stop this?

In Windows XP Home Edition, Version 5.1-- All of a sudden, paragraph and

I was able to correctly format my currency fields in a merge document, but

Merging from Excel spreadhseet contaning names & addresses all in caps. I
use If-then-else to get correct formating for name and address and
salutation. I use *\Caps for formal capitalization.
Having gone through the new merge wizard to the preview stage, all is fine

When I hit Alt + F9, Word sometimes only toggles between the field codes and
field formating, never the results.  Result is what I want to see.  Thank you

I have a standard report which is produced using Word and Excel (printmerge).
In the standard report, I have tables which can vary (lines name, number of
items, column width)
I have try different solutions (2) and all of them have signifiant problems.
