I have a 1 page source document that I want to personalize via mailmerge from 400 item data source into seperate documents or pdfs. If I merge to file, I get 400 page document. If I print to PDF, I get 400 page PDF. What I want is 400 individual docs or pdfs.

I have an excel file used in a mail merge, the file has been formatted as numbers to 2 decimal places eg. 10.01, 10.03. When I use this file in the mail merge I get 10.03 represented as 10.0299999. How do I make word represent the numbers I have in the excel file?

Merging from Excel spreadhseet contaning names & addresses all in caps. I use If-then-else to get correct formating for name and address and salutation. I use *\Caps for formal capitalization. Having gone through the new merge wizard to the preview stage, all is fine

When I hit Alt + F9, Word sometimes only toggles between the field codes and field formating, never the results. Result is what I want to see. Thank you for your help!

I have a standard report which is produced using Word and Excel (printmerge). In the standard report, I have tables which can vary (lines name, number of items, column width) I have try different solutions (2) and all of them have signifiant problems.
