I am using Access 2003 to open a Mail Merge document using the following VB code. The document uses a text file as the datasource. This worked in Access 2000, but the document will not open in Access 2003, word opens and the status bar displays "docname.doc: 1,222 characters..."

I have the following condition: If ( Mergefield Anything = "test" "it is a test" "It's not a "test"!") I would like to display: It's not a "test"! but I have a problem because "" is used as condition in word. How can I ignore "" in the second sentence ?

Hi I trying to change default time field settings to a 24hr clock setting in a word mail merge time field, the data comes from Excel. It's the right format in Excel but changes when it goes into the word mail merge! Can I change it, if so how .....? thanks in advance Richard

Am trying to use fax console to send fax by a dial up modem. It seems to dial ok and then connects but then there is an error and wont send. I have the computer and home phone on same line. I unhook phone to use fax as it does not get dial tone otherwise.

The data source is a .csv file we receive for a merge form letter. It contains $0.00 in any amount field when no $$$ exist. The data from up to 10 columns are placed in rows within a text box. (See below). I need to supress all lines when $0.00 exists. For example: PAID1 = $50, ...
