I am using merge to create multiple mailing labels every day. There are 30 labels per sheet. If I do not have exactly thirty, how do I tell the mail merge program to start at a label different from the first top left position so as not to waste labels every day?

I have an excel sheet with some cell contents of about 500 characters When I merge this in to word the fields are truncated at 255 characters I understand that this is a throw back to previous limits, but why does it happen?

I have a mergefield called AnnualPremium. How can i calculate the MonthlyPremium from this. I've tried { =AnnualPremium/12 } but that doesn't work. I haven't found any examples of how to do this on the web but i'm sure there's an easy solution for how to do it. Thanks in

When using mail merge in Word 2003, the Insert Merge Field Recipient Box should not need to be closed after each insertion. This is time consumming. Thanks. ----------------
