In a merge to create labels, the zip codes that start with 0's are tructed in the final merge document: 02879 becomes 2879. The main document is an excel file and the column is formatted as special; zip code. What is the fix?

Word XP Is there a way to re-use partial sheets of labels in my mail merge? I know using Envelopes and Labels, you can choose which row and column to print a label from. Can I specify this in the merge process?

Re: printing 5395 name badges. Each row is moved farther down the page, so the bottom half of every page is unusable. We print our logo at the top, and it moves, too. We merge our badges from an Excel ss, and need to do hundreds every month. What are we doing wrong?
