How do I make the last line of a Nametag "sit" down on the bottom of the box, not be centered top and bottom? I want to put "Table No. ___" on the lower right corner of each name tag.

I have a Works-created DB with 250 records which want to merge into a Word document to create and print simple labels. When I complete all the steps, I have only 6 records that show up on the recipient list, and on the "sample labels" screen.

I periodically generate a merge letter in Word 2003 that contains case reporting information. The merge fields are simply the names and addresses of the organizations I'm reporting to; no problem there. I merge the letter to the printer via the Mail Merge toolbar.
