I have an application using OLE built in PowerBuilder that does a mail
merge

I am using Microsoft Office 2000.  I have scanned a form directly into Word
and placed text boxes in many,many areas of this form. Some of the text boxes
have Word "FillIn" fields associated.  
As I created the various text boxes with either merge codes or Work FillIin

every time I complete a mail merge the font changes to a different font, how
can I stop this?

Is it possible to produce multiple documents from a mail merge instead of
one?  I have a template and a data file of 500 records.  I would like to
create 500 PDFs to be posted on a website.  Any suggestions would be greatly

I came accross the gmayor macro to split a mail merge file into
serparate files as the merge is occuring and this fixed a big problem I
was running into. What I'm trying to do now is perform a find/replace
on each document as it's created. I would prefer to just add some code

Mail merge files and the data file I have used for sometime suddenly are not
working. The word file cannot open the data source.  It's like something is
lost.

I am trying to use a set of labels (Avery L7731) so that I can index some tag

I have a problem with a mail merge procedure I used to use with Access
'97.
We recently converted to Office XP (2002) and I now have an issue I am
unfamilliar with and have been unable to resolve.

I have 2 Regions called Region 1 and Region 2.  Reg 1 has 4 divisions; Div 1,
div 2 etc.  Reg 2 has only 2 divisions.  Can I create a mergeed document that
creates the line "Your region 1 has the following divisions: ........(it
would then say 1 2 3 & 4)".  For the reg ion 2 ...

I am trying to set up a very new user to print monthly mailing labels from
an access database. The dataset is constantly updated. She has been going
through all 5 steps every time. She gets very confused every time. Is there a
way to automate the process?
