I have created a mail merge operation from MSAccess by using a Word form letter as the merge document. Access outputs the merge data as a text file, then it sets the text file as data source of the merge document.

My null value merge field displays 12:00:00 AM in a word merge document. Where is there an option to "Suppress Null Value" when the Access Query merged field is null.

When I click the last step in the merge, it does nothing. I use only Outlook 2003 for my email. I have deleted the normal.dot and reset that. I am trying a test to my own email address and nothing goes. I have done this before and it worked, so not sure what is happening.
