I am doing a mass mailing and i have merged a database of recipients into a
microsoft word letter and my question is how do i sort the letters by the
recipients names alphabetically?

I'm trying to do a mail merge to groups with email account.  I also need to

I have created a mail merge operation from MSAccess by using a Word form
letter as the merge document.

I have my letter set up with merge files.  My field in access is set as
currency and I have it entered as $ 65,890.00.  When I merge the field prints
as 65890.  I know I need a switch, but I can't get it right.  Please Help!

I can't merge to bookfold.  This just started.  It merges ok then blinks and
the margins are off.  when I print it prints small in the middle of the page.
I have tried this on three computers so it has to have something to do with
one of microsoft's updates.  I merge to bookfold ...

The previous version of Word allowed me to link my mailmerge documents to an
data source created in Excel and a simplified header source in Word.
How does this version do this?  I would like to update some of my existing

Is there way to merge the first 1000 letters and save to a file labled Jan.

My null value merge field displays 12:00:00 AM in a word merge document.  
Where is there an  option to "Suppress Null Value" when the Access Query
merged field is null.

When I click the last step in the merge, it does nothing.  I use only Outlook
2003 for my email.  I have deleted the normal.dot and reset that.  I am
trying a test to my own email address and nothing goes.  I have done this
before and it worked, so not sure what is happening.

I don't know if this is the correct forum but I thought i'd ask. I have an
access DB with a function to automatically safe a table with fields i'm mail
merging into MS Word. Word looks at the table from the Access Database.
The export function all works, but the Date format is ...
