We are having a nightmare with one Excel file that has been used for several years as a data source into a report created in Word. Since converting to Office XP, we have always had Word set to "Confirm Conversion at Open" and advotcated DDE as the appropriate choice, when asked.

When I try and mail merge in Word 2003 and use data from an Access 2003 query, the edit recipient screen is blank. If I pull data from an Access Table--no problem. I want to merge from the query not the table.
