I use the Word mail merge program for reports I do at work. I save them as
word documents but when I e-mail them, the recipient can not open them. Do I
have to save them as a different type of document? Sometimes the recipient

I am using many If Else If statements in a document. The results of these
statements is a table. The tables have the borders removed, yet upon
merging, the borders come back.
Anyone know how to keep the borders away through the merge process?

When I use the address block in mail merge for envelopes, the name is in the
proper location but the address and state information is on the left margin.  
Any suggestions?

Hi, I hope this is the right place for my questions.
I set up my ODBC drivers, I am connecting to a FileMAker Database here are
the issues I'm having:
1. It takes a very long time to connect Sometimes after several minutes of

12 more skips 2 and it keeps repeating. How can I stop it from skipping 2

trouble in getting the nine digit zipcode to display.
In excel it displays as 12345-4567 in the field.

I have used mail merge in Word 2000 and found it excellent because I could
'live' edit my data source by using the edit data source icon.  This does not
appear to be available in Word 2003: anytime I want to edit my data whilst
keeping my mail merge document open it says my excel ...

Mailmerge form is created with each field in a text box.  The data source is
excel.  When merging numbers the comma is lost.  I have tried {«land_av»
\###,###}, but it doesn't work.    Thanks for your help --
