HI. Im not sure if this should go in this group nut my mailmerge takes over an hour to execute. Can i set it to merge completely by using Windows Scheduler so it has finished merging by the time i get in to work in the morning?

i get zeros in my zip code for my envelopes. I've been doing things the same way, from the same spreadsheets for moths now, but today it just pritinted the zeros. I check my spreadsheet and there are no zeros there. What should I do?

Can I tweak a mergefield contents so that if the field is blank it stays blank and if it contains a number it adds 1000000 to it? thanks

With word documents, I am no longer able to have a document open and click "save as" then try to save it in a new location. The program just hangs, then I have to close it down.

I've merged a document with an excel sheet successfully. I've previewed the data to check that it fine, and it's OK, but I have to print off the documents one at a time. How can I print off all the documents in one go? Surely I should be able to do this?
