I am trying to create a mail merge in word 2003 from an existing excel file.  
Once i complete the mail merge it only shows page 1/1 and there is actually 5
plus pages.  It prints all the pages but does not show them.  Also when

In Word 2003 SP2 I can only print a range of records by typing the range as
e.g. s11-s13 for pages 11 to 13.  It seems not able to interpret the Section
Break (New Page) as a page.  Without the s prefix, nothing prints.  Also when

I am merging from an Access database query.  One of my fields is a 7 digit
number that always begins with '05'.  Is it possible to change this within
word so that it is prefixed with '06' instead, with out changing it in
Access?  so instead of saying 0512345 it would say 0612345

Document is to be a membership list for a club. I have laid it out 8.5
x 11 portrait. In order for it to fold card-style I have inserted a
graphic (upside down) and a table (with rows) so the front cover when

I am having trouble doing exactly what I want to do with a directory
mail merge.  I have a very long list of students, by school.  First, I
would like to do a page break when the school changes.  As soon as I
