I'm trying to automate a procedure where a document based on a specific
template, asks for a value from a specific field in a database so that only
that record will be merged into the document based on that template.  I'm
using Office 2003 but would prefer it to work in Office 2002 ...

I currently use WordPerfect shells and variable documents to create complex
merge documents.  I need to transfer that task to Word.  Anyone have any
experience doing that?

We are having a problem with an Outlook address/Word Mail Merge problem.  In
the addresses that the recipient has a middle initial, the merge works fine.  
When there is no middle initial, two spaces are being inserted between the
first and last names instead of one.

I want to create a simple mailmerge for our company. We use timesheets to
record time spent on files, one per week.
At the beginning of each 2 week pay perior our receptionist has to MANUALLY

I'm trying to create two 1/2 size postcards on one page in word and then
merge names and addresses into EACH postcard from an Excel spreadsheet.  I

I have a mailmerge for a client letter that includes several hundred one page
letters in a single document.  What I need to happen is to print each letter
as a single print job to Adobe PDFwritter so it will create a .pdf file named
from the client's name merge field.  Any ideas?
