We are having a problem with an Outlook address/Word Mail Merge problem. In the addresses that the recipient has a middle initial, the merge works fine. When there is no middle initial, two spaces are being inserted between the first and last names instead of one.

I have converted a Word 2000 macro over to Word 2003 and recorded a Word macro to perform a mail merge from a six(6) column table contained in a Word document. Recording and saving the mail merge steps goes ok ( I used the 'Address Block' format for my lables.)

I am using mail merge in word to collect data from Access but ID numbers such as 0002 lose the zeros, and in dates 01/01/2006 become 1/1/2006 - how do I stop this happening.

I have a mailmerge for a client letter that includes several hundred one page letters in a single document. What I need to happen is to print each letter as a single print job to Adobe PDFwritter so it will create a .pdf file named from the client's name merge field. Any ideas?
