I created a form in Microsoft Office Word 2003. I have several types of fields to colected information and a few FORMDROPDOWN fields to let the user choose from possible limited options. I have a macro that sends the form with the command Application.

Does anyone know how to use data from an Excel spreadsheet to create a log in Word through the use of Mail Merge? I am able to merge data but each line of data appears on a spearate page instead of in a list (as you would use to log data).

I am trying to do a mail merge using Avery 5161 20 per sheet in Word 2003. When I go to edit individual labels at the end, my document has skipped every 21st line. I tried resetting up the label template, but that did not work. Any ideas?I

We have a variety of "form letters" that are used throughout the organization, and I would like to be able to protect the body of the letter, but allow the user to merge from a data table. IE Name, Address, etc can not be locked.

Whats happened since September 2005?? Last year I used mail merge to build html web pages with the source data in excel. Initially I was using Office 2000 products and when I merged text from excel into word it was truncated at 255 characters. I upgraded to Office 2003
