All four options on this sub-menu are subdued. Help gives no help on how to
enable any of these.

How can you do a mail merge for lables to a 2 column page where you sort your
data by zip code and have the order go from top to bottom in columns instead
of from left to right in rows?  Some users here want to pull sorted labels
off by column instead of by row.

I want to hide blank lines when I merge in Word 2003.  This was easy in
previous versions but now I can't find the option to suppress blank lines.

My data in Excel includes a column of dates which have been formatted for UK
English. When I mailmerge this data the dates change format to the US reverse
number format, e.g. 20 July 2006 becomes 7/20/2006. How can I preserve UK
format?

After i have created a label with a return address and logo that on each
lebel, I used mail merge to a new document.  Now I have to go back and print
only one or two labels for new names on my data base.  How can I print only
those one or two labels without wasteing a whole page ...

I tested usuing Contacts to enter data and tested it with 3 entries.  Chose
to use Excel instead, but Word now traps me back to 'Contacts'.  Does it
record somewhere to always use contacts, can I change it???
