I used mail merge for the first time yesterday to print envelopes. Now every time I go to "new document" it brings up an envelope instead of a blank document! I can't seem to get it to go away! I've tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions?

I have got Access 2000 and Word 2003, and when I try to Mail Merge as before, although the query I want to merge contains 55 names, when I try to merge to any Word 2003 document the query appears to be empty, and no names will appear.

When creating mailing labels the fourth and fifth label on every page of 33 labels is omitted (missing). I have reloaded Word and the problem persists. The 'recipients' are always taken from Excel files.
