The phone numbers in my data source are formatted like (555) 123-4576 but
when I merge into word the numbers come over like 5551234576.  How can I get
them to merge correctly?

I have information in excel and I want to use that info for address labels.
Is there a way to export it to mail merge so I don't have to type everything
over?

is there a way? I have several lists of labels that I want to put into a Word
merge document/db. Is it possible? I'm hoping not to have to retype them all

I am trying to Mail Merge to Email using Word 2000 and Outlook 2000. The
Merge works fine except that the Picture in the document is missing after the
merge. Is there any way to include the picture?

A client is having major problems doing a mail-merge. Every time I try to

I've followed the mail merge instructions that were provided. I'm trying to
create labels that are saved in an excel file. Each time I try to insert my
file, the only thing I end up with is <<Next Record>> in each label.

I am wanting to do a mail merge direct to the copier and have each record
split into 'sections' so I can utilise the printer's finishing features.
I have a 4 page merge which I want double sided and stapled. Only problem is
that when you have 400 records you end up with a 1600 ...
