In earlier versions of WORD it was simple to create data fields, enter them into a document data file and then merge the data into a new document. That operation does not seem to be possible with Office Xp. ----------------

Hello, I am trying to create an e-mail mail merge, but with GroupWise as the e-mail client. Whenever I click merge, nothing happens. If the Excel is closed, it gets opened, but that's it; no errors or anythng.

Word directions say go to Tools> Letters & Mailings> then click on "Mail Merge Wizard" . I do not have this last option on my version of Word. How do I get the Wizard? I have Office Professional 2003. Thanks

ms office 2003 mail merge using a word doc for printing labels. same data would print out 11 pages in office 2000 but in 2003, only the first label page gets printed and it thinks it is a one page doc. help/??

I am doing a mail merge and have entered 200 addresses into various categories. I filtered the categories, merged the document and found that the zip codes were missing. The zip codes are clearly there in the contact. What am I doing wrong?
