I have a Word 2003 doc. When you select Insert/Reference/Footnote... it adds the footnote instead of opening the Footnote and Endnote Dialag box. I need to change the endnote numbering style from "i" to "1". Thanks

My data in an Access memo field is only partially being captured into my merged Word doucment. Only about 3 lines of two paragraphs are transferring to the new document. How do I get the rest of the data to merge into the Word document?

When I merge a document using an excel data base file, if I type a zip code into the data base as 06741 then when I merge the document into word, it will merge as 6741. How can I fix that.

Even with the field shading turned off, merged data is printing with shading, using Office 2002, with Excel as a data source. Any suggestions on what to look at to correct the problem will be appreciated.
