i can not print envelops in black, they will only print in red.  documents
will print black, the red ink problem only occurs when i try to print
envelopes.  has anyone encountered this very irritating problem or have a
suggestion as to cause?

I am trying to create a Word document of mailing labels from an Outlook
contacts folder.
I open Word (2002), begin a new document, and get to the mail merge six-step
wizard. I do fine through step three, which is selecting the recipient list.

I have a saved mail-merged file of 650 letters. The <Find> option does not
find  addressees that I need to edit their particular letter. How can I go

I have a data file that lists all the data one below the other.  But each
record is a constant number of lines.  I need to pick up the address which is
on 5 lines starting every 25th line.

MS Word has a built in gauge which does not allow envelopes to be printed if
they are under the minimum requirements for the USPO. However, the length
