Is It Possible to Merge MS Word Document with Two Online Data Sources??
* The MS Word document is located on my harddrive.
* One XLS file is located on the internet on a site that I have access

when doing a mail merge for labels only the first row of labels on the label
sheet show up.  This happens after I update all labels, preview etc...What am

It'll be great if I could send a document opened in MS Office by fax directly
from my PC to an ordinary fax machine, provided that my PC is connected to
internet. I don't know if it is possible to send fax online from PC to
landline fax machines, but I think this would be a handy ...

Hope someone out there can help - I have a very large file that I need to use
for a mail merge.  It resides on an IBM AS/400.  There are many more than 255
columns/fields in the file, and I've been trying to download this into Excel,
Access, even directly into Word's mail merge, ...

Merge is only showing/printing 10 of 17 documents listed in the data file. I
have used the 'check merge for errors' feature and the query feature to try
and get it to print the other 7 records in the data file. Have explored web
to find an answer to no avail. Any help out there? ...

Conducting a mail merge in Word, but as well as address/name/email/greeting,
i want one mergefield to be an entire paragraph - making it longer than 255
characters.
How can I make Word bring in a piece of merged data that is longer than this?

I am using word 97 and set the data source to a query in an access 97 mdb.
However I found after I click the abc button, it won't refresh the data from
mdb. I have to set the data source again  in order to refresh. Does anyone
know if there is a refresh button in the mail merge ...

I using an excel db and trying to perform an auto mail merge.  The merge
seems to be working but I get an error that reads "Word found locked fields
during the update.  Word cannot update locked fields."  All my fields seem to
be updated but I want to get ride of this error??

I am using Word 2000 and had no trouble mail merging my Word with Excel data
until today.  Steps used - 1) Open Word document 2) Click on Word - Mail Merge
3) Get data (open data source) 4) Click on my Excel data.......normally it

I merged 500 records from an Excel file to a letter.  I go to File, Print,
and select Pages, and enter the pages I want to print.  It either prints the
whole document or doesn't print at all.  I am using Word 2003.  Help!
