when ever i merge my data from my spread sheet it puts too many decimal
values at the end of my numbers.  I want to to say....79.75...not
79.755544555555.  help...

I've formatted Excel cells for telephone numbers but when I try to merge this
information into a Word document I lose the formatting.  What am I missing?

using Word 2000 I could set up custom labels using any column from the data
base, in whatever order I wanted; using Word 2003 I can only produce a

Several times a year I address envelopes with a database I've created.
