I have trouble with mail merge. For some reason when I try to save my data it saves it in a file that is hard to read- like if it's incripted or something. What did I do wrong?

We used to do mail merges using a computer running Outlook 2003 connected to Exchange with Word 2003. Any contact that didn't have an email address, received the "email" as a fax automatically using the internal modem.

Although otherwise successfully merging Access data, I get a "field calculation" error message. All merge fields on word document are merged, nothing is missing. Please help. I am tired of deleting the page that reports the error messages.

I need to use mail merge to print over 500 labels and include both the address of the recipient and also the return address. I have found several templates but when I attempt to merge my data, the process erases all data on the document.

Not sure how to stop this but every time I mailmerge I get a second blank page, which is fine as I can print duplex but it slows down the print job, or I have to just remove all the blank pages. Thanks for your help,
