I have data stored in an Excel spreadsheet that I am merging into a Word
document.  My Word document is in Human Light Cond font, as is the code for
the Mergefield.  Then, when I actually merge the data, the font of the merged
field changes to Human Black Cond.  I can highlight ...

When I click on tools. The drop down has many mail merges that just appeared
one day. How can I delete them?

I would like to print addresses.  All of the addresses do not have the same
number of lines.

How to prevent font change when mail merge Word 2002

In a prior version of MS Word, I was able to click on the data form icon on
the mail merge toolbar, and it would show how many records were in my data
source.
However, I've upgraded to MS Word 2003, and cannot find this same feature.

I have upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 and now when I open my word template
to merge data from an access database my records are out of sync i.e. record
no 1 in the database is record No 8 in the merge, also my access database
used to open when I opened the template and now it ...

So a co-worker of mine (who has since left the company) did a Excel to Word
(labels) mail merge. We now need just the Excel spreadsheet. Is it possible
to reverse a mail merge?

I have created a "Contact" database in MS-Access 2000.
I want to create Avery mailing labels (5160) from the data in the database.
Can someone point me to an example of what I want to do???

I’m working on the culmination of a an SQL/VB.NET application. It’s output
is a directory actually a repetitive manual. Part of the application
generates a CSV file, which I think is in the right format, for Word1003.
