when saving a mail merge document it saves with an access key beside the file. why does this happen. will this make a difference to the mail merge, as quite a few times the merged information was not there.

When printing mail merge document, wouldn't it be awesome if there were an option to automatically print envelopes, too?! This would be especially helpful when you have a large list and you are chosing specific recipients. ----------------
