Why cannot I not work with and view my entire list of 700 merged labels? I want to be able to print whatever page I want but I can't even get to any other page other than the first one. If I can't go to a page, I don't know which one I want to print.....the old version of WORD, ...

Can I perform a MS-WORD Mailmerge using RTF files instead of DOC files? If so, where do I find documentation regarding the codes to insert ionto the RTF file for the merge fields? Thanks.

I have formula's in Excel and merge the results in to a word document. I need all results to retain the format of #.## and if the result cell is empty, I want the merge field to be empty as well. I have tried several switches but none of them accomplish all of my needs.

When I use mailmerge w/ Word 2000 more than one "copy" of Specified ACCESS mdb is opened. They are the correct mdb just more than one copy the specified mdb is opened. Typically it is 8 copies of mdb for only one record.
