Hi there,
I'm hoping either Doug or Graham is out there to give me a suggestion on
this issue.  I am using Graham's individual merge add-in
(http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm), and when I merge to

We had an automated mail merge from Access 2000 to word 2000 that would merge
data from a table in access to a word doc and then save the result. We have
upgraded to Word 2003 and none of our merge docs work anymore. I don't want
the users to see any prompts from word 2003 at all ...

Why cannot I not work with and view my entire list of 700 merged labels?  I
want to be able to print whatever page I want but I can't even get to any
other page other than the first one.  If I can't go to a page, I don't know
which one I want to print.....the old version of WORD, ...

I have a document where I am merging name and address information for
customers and want to include text at the first line and then for the next
record, a insert text based on whiich text was inserted at the first line.

files?  If so, where do I find documentation regarding the codes to
insert ionto the RTF file for the merge fields?

So I'm working on my merge codes, and the document is insanely large.
Like, really big. Pages and pages of merge code IF statements - there

I have formula's in Excel and merge the results in to a word document.  I
need all results to retain the format of #.## and if the result cell is
empty, I want the merge field to be empty as well.  I have tried several
switches but none of them accomplish all of my needs.

document is returning a 255-character-limited string of longer text from an

When I use mailmerge w/ Word 2000 more than one "copy" of Specified ACCESS
mdb is opened. They are the correct mdb just more than one copy the specified
mdb is opened. Typically it is 8 copies of mdb for only one record.

I`m using office 2000 now and we will migrate to office 2003.
Now i`m checking the mailmerge connection between word 2k en access 2k
and it`s a dde connection.
In access 2k3 i would like to use ODBC but the only problem is:
