I have Word and Excel 2003. When I merge a document in Word with an excel spreadsheet, not all of the data comes back into Word, which means that I end up cutting and pasting information, where mailmerge should have done it all in one move. What am I doing wrong?

When using the Access database for recipients the initial columns are OK but in other columns information jumps from a following column. This is random and does not apply to every record.

I am trying to make a list of 18 items repeat 4 times on an avery form. I put in my fields with the next record indicator and I get the list in the first of the 4 avery labels. I want the list to repeat on the other 3; can anyone tell me if this is possible?

When using an on-line template, I can't merge my database and get replicated labels page after page. I either get (1) label, or only (1) page of labels and have to retype each label anyway. I'm sure this is an easy fix, I'm just not seeing it nor is my "Office assistant". RebVosb
