I have created a query in Access with the data I need for a mail merge. I have run the query and the data displays in Access. When I browse to the database to create the mail merge the query I have created is not displayed.

I cannot get mail merge to print anything in the address block except for "Street Address" over and over. I've studied the tutorial; I believe I am doing everything correctly, but the program will not put in the information from my Excel database. Please help. Thnk you.

We have been using a template linking different letters via the IF(If...Then..Else..) options. We insert files as links so when changes are applied to files, they will automatically update in the template. It is not applying these changes anymore...what went wrong. Example:

No new updates, no changes recently, and all of a sudden bookmarks are not there when mailmerged to a new document. They are there in the source doc but NOT the new doc. I have re-installed (the repair option) Office 2003.
