The Word 2007 Mailmerge is inserting a strange character (a y with two dots above it) after every merge field entry. This appears to be a bug, is there a workarround? I cannot search and replace this character.

When i open a Word Document (whether it be a letter, labels or table) that i have set up to draw information from an access 2000 file, upon opening i get a message that says the operation cannot be complete due to dialog or database engine failures. What does this mean?
