Any addin for direct mail merge to fax?

When i use the mail merge on the Tools menu i can successfully complete the 3
steps of the mail merge helper and the resulting document looks great.  But,
i can not get it to print.  The printer light starts flashing and continues

i'm trying to do a mail merge using excel data.  my problem is that my first
row (in excel) has data in it that cannot be deleted, but it is NOT my
header/label row.  the second row has the labels (last name, first name,
etc...)  but, i need the first row because it has a date, ...

I have a problem, the mail merge field is not formating as I'm
expecting.
Not all the column have dates, but I want the fields with dates to show
as dd/MM/yy not number.
