After selecting recipients to merge in my letter, the address 2 field is
appearing. It's only supposed to show the information as shown in the

Used an excel file to create labels last month.  then modified the file,
adding a column of info.  Now when I select that file as my source, it
appears in Word mail merge as if the new column doesn't exist.

Can anyone explain what is happening here -
I've got a 5 cell table, including a first item of data and 4 "next records"

We use mail merge in our application and for one our clients it is
throwing the above error while generating the mail merge document. This
happens when I invoke the OpenDataSource() method.
The code for opening the spreadsheet looks something like this:

In Outlook, you can flag emails and set reminders with the flags. For
example, you click the flag, right-click, select set reminder, and you

After completing the mail merge, i get a single combined merged file.

I have made a merge template with a filename in the footer (using INSERT,
FIELD, and file name with full path).
After the merge is complete, the footer is not updating -not when I print it
or save it or preview it or close then open it!  Is there some other command
