In mail merge in Word 2003, how can you see file name and location of the data source if you forget what data source you are using? I know it appears in the task pane, but if the path is long you can't see the whole thing. I teach beginners so I don't want a Visual Basic answer ...

I have a one-page document that uses a source with multiple records, but I want the results all to be shown on the one document when it's merged, rather than a new page for every record. Does anyone have a suggestion on doing this?

Hi! Is someone know how to obtain more than 255 characters into a mergefield in Word 2003? My data are into an Access database and one of the field is a memo and include more characters than 255. But, into Word, only 255 first characters are shown.

I dont know what the cause of this is, but i would assume that it is because of a character limit. When i do a mail merge from Access from a memo field, after so many characters the rest of the data is displayed in "?". It appears to be made of the same number of characters as ...

I am trying to create a mail merge document. I have tried to follow the help info but I can not even get to the first step-go to Tools then Mail Merge. Help also mentions the mail merge helper-I do n't see that either.
