Using MSOffice 2003 SP(2)  I have the following Excel fields on a label page
and it prints out all the labels just fine.
<<LastName>> <<Initial>>
<<Address1>> <<Address2>>

My daughter is a junior in high school.
We are trying to simplify the process of applying for

My question:

In mail merge in Word 2003, how can you see file name and location of the
data source if you forget what data source you are using?  I know it appears
in the task pane, but if the path is long you can't see the whole thing.  I
teach beginners so I don't want a Visual Basic answer ...

I have a one-page document that uses a source with multiple records, but I
want the results all to be shown on the one document when it's merged, rather
than a new page for every record.
Does anyone have a suggestion on doing this?

Hi! Is someone know how to obtain more than 255 characters into a mergefield
in Word 2003? My data are into an Access database and one of the field is a
memo and include more characters than 255. But, into Word, only 255 first
characters are shown.

Ok, here's the deal:
Word 2002/Excel 2002
The Excel file has 8 columns:
SSN (9 digit SSN or 9 digit account number, data validation in place)

I dont know what the cause of this is, but i would assume that it is because
of a character limit.  When i do a mail merge from Access from a memo field,
after so many characters the rest of the data is displayed in "?".  It
appears to be made of the same number of characters as ...

I am trying to create a mail merge document.  I have tried to follow the help
info but I can not even get to the first step-go to Tools then Mail Merge.  
Help also mentions the mail merge helper-I do n't see that either.

How do I transfer my resume(from Word) to a job application that's posted
thru the CT Labor Dept...Or even into Outlook w/o doing it as Send as

to remember the last set of delimiters used. It seems to remember if I am

We are using Office 2003 Pro - and I'm having an issue with Access merging
Queries into Word documents.  If I use a base letter, and change the query
I've built it with, the new query comes up without any data in it, although
