mailmerge from excel with multiple worksheets16 Feb 2007 20:56 GMT1
I'm trying to use excel as my data file & word as the formatted front end.
The excel file has many worksheets. Perhaps mail merge isn't the right tool,
but linking doesn't seem to allow me to select the specific fields from each
worksheet either. Suggestions?

In the past I used Crystal reports to create a mailing and then
delivered pdf output to my customer.  It works okay, but I thought I
could take myself out of the picture if I setup a Word merge for them

works great EXCEPT for the longer descriptions which get cut off after so
